It's your vacation, your time in paradise! Our home is located directly on beautiful and private Half Moon Pond and 2 blocks from Kingston Lake (Great Pond Lake). Half Moon Pond can only be accessed by the less than a dozen homes on the pond, making it very quiet and private! The private yard has over 100 feet of shoreline with a dock, row boat, kayaks and other fun flotation devices! There are also many different lawn games and furniture available. This stunning home is a nature lovers paradise. The home has natural/raw granite built into home to bring the outdoors, in. There is plenty of natural light with 4 giant skylights, 2 large slider glass doors and even a tunnel moon light! The house has 3 bedrooms and plenty of extra entertaining space! The main floor has a large, open concept, recently renovated eat in kitchen, dining room, and creative/office space. The all season front porch has a library and additional couches and tables available. There is also a large family room with seating for 8 and perfect for games, appetizers, with nice sized deck off of the room. The deck is also off of the master bedroom on the same floor. The master bedroom has 4 post, queen sized bed with 180 degrees views of the pond. It also has its own private bathroom with a shower. The downstairs has the second bedroom, a game room with a big screen tv, pool table and darts. There is also a kitchenette and washer and dryer. The upstairs is where you find the third queen sized bedroom, which overlooks the lake. Guests have access to whole house other than shed and attic.
