Located in the heart of Madison, you will be just minutes away from a host of local attractions, restaurants and the Huntsville Airport. We are located in the desirable Madison City Schools District! If relocating, I am happy to set up showings for you! The space This a 100% SMOKE FREE RESIDENCE. Two bedroom guest suite. Comes with 1 queen size bed and 1 twin bunk bed. Futon in the living that converts into a full size sleeper. Full kitchen with microwave. No dishwasher available. Guest access This is a 100% SMOKE FREE RESIDENCE. DO NOT SMOKE ON ANY PART OF THE PROPERTY. THERE ARE CAMERAS OUTSIDE. The backyard is a common area available to all guest. Be mindful that there may or may not be guest staying in the other available unit, so please be respectful and considerate. Other things to note THIS IS A 100% SMOKE FREE RESIDENCE. DO NOT SMOKE ON ANY PART OF THE PROPERTY. THERE ARE CAMERAS MONITORING THE OUTSIDE 24/7. So if you are a smoker, this probably isn't the place for you. If it is determined that you and/or your guest have smoked inside the residence you will be charged a SMOKING CLEAN UP FEE of $500/night, along with your original booking fee. All of which are NON-REFUNDABLE. Also please do not unplug or tamper with the TV or the Directv box.
