Just three houses from the water and a short ferry ride to Ho-Hum beach on Fire Island. Guest access Guests have access to the entire main house, the pool house, garage and the pool. Other things to note ** Please note, we require the lead booker of all reservations to be at least 25 years of age. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation ** 1. No shoes in the house. Please leave all shoes by the door. Slippers will be provided. 2. Check-in time is 4pm. Check-out time is 10am. 3. No pets allowed. 4. No smoking or use of fire permitted in the house or on any area of the deck or balcony at any time. Guest acknowledges that no “smoking” includes cigarettes, the use of vape pens and marijuana and “use of fire” includes the lighting of candles, incense or sage. There will be a $1,000 charge if this rule is not followed. 5. No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays allowed. 6. There can not be any more than the allowed number of guests in or on the property at any one time. A violation could lead to the immediate removal of all guests without a refund. 7. No extra / overnight guests (we reserve the right to cancel your reservation) 8. Quiet hours are from 10p - 6a. Please respect our neighbors. No playing music or excessively loud conversation outdoors after 10pm. 9. Please abide by all posted rules and safety precautions regarding the use of the pool. It is essential to adhere to these guidelines for the safety and enjoyment of all occupants. Please note that by using the pool, guests assume all personal risk and liability. 10. When driving, please adhere to the posted speed limits in and around the Bellport community 11. Only single-ply toilet tissue and flushable wipes are to be used to ensure no disruption to our septic system 12. Please do not rearrange the furniture 13. Please do not unplug any of the electronics 14. For your security and protection the property is equipped with exterior cameras 15. Excessively dirty units will incur an additional cleaning fee and will be evidenced with photos. 16. If not following any of our rules forces us to refund or discount an upcoming guest you will be liable for the costs. We have two pre-arrival requirements that must be completed before you will receive your check-in instructions.
