All new construction and just 5 houses to the beach! 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths. This stunning home sleeps 6 with a maximum occupancy of 7. Linens and beach chairs provided. Park your car, and prepare to make memories that last a lifetime. 7 Night Minimum. PLEASE READ THROUGH THE ENTIRE LISTING. Yes, it's boring, but we find that it answers most questions. Home is managed by an NC-licensed General Contractor and Realtor. Once booked, we will ask for an email address for communication. NO PETS. The space CHECK IN/OUT Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. We can NOT offer late departures or early check-ins. We need to allow our turn over crew ample time to make sure your rental is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after your stay. AMENITIES/THINGS PROVIDED - starter paper products- 1 roll of paper towels, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, dish soap, dishwashing detergent, trash bags, cleaning products - linens & bath towels - body wash (No Shampoo) - oil, salt & pepper - automatic drip coffee maker - washer/dryer - stacked parking for up to six cars - beach chairs - outdoor dining & lounge chairs - outdoor shower/water closet SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS Maximum capacity of 7 people. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and one single sleep sofa. First floor bedroom 1: king bed, shared full bath with tub/shower combo. Second floor bedroom 2: king bed, shared full bath . Second floor bedroom 3: king bed. Second floor den: twin sleep sofa. ENTERTAINMENT There is a large 65-inch television in the family room with streaming capability; guests are invited to log in to their private streaming services. WiFi throughout the property. There are also smart TVs in two of the bedrooms and the second-floor den. Log in to your paid services and don't forget to log out when you leave! PETS Pets are NOT accepted at this location. BEACH Just a short walk to the Rodanthe Pier and beach access. Please remember to use the outdoor shower or hose to rinse feet before entering the home or media shed. OUTDOOR AREAS Outdoor dining area located on the ground level, protected from the elements. Outdoor shower, water closet, and beach chairs are stored under the home. Please stack cars in front yard for easy parking. Please DO NOT park under the home. GUEST ACCESS This home has smart keyless locks. A code will be sent to you the day of your arrival. CHECK OUT PROCEDURE At check out we ask guests to leave the home how they found it. You checked into a clean home, please leave a clean home. Remove any excess sand or dirt. While a sanitation crew will arrive after you check out, please remove all personal items including food in fridge, and put all trash in bin outside. Please strip sheets from beds, place at the foot of the bed and put all used towels in bathtubs. HOUSE RULES Please be respectful. We love our wonderful neighbors and care about hosting only those who can agree to the house rules. Including but not limited to, NO loud music, parties or generally disturbing behavior. **Quiet hours are from 10:00p.m. – 8:00a.m. If you plan to party do not book this home.** ** TRASH GOES OUT MONDAY and WEDNESDAY NIGHTS** if you fail to take the trash to the curb, there will be a $100 pick-up charge **NO SMOKING ** **NO PETS** ** All guests must be 25+ (children with parents/caregivers permitted) ****This property has a 7-NIGHT minimum MAY through SEPTEMBER. *** Guest access Please do not attempt to access the blue sheds or the she-shed on the back of the property.
