One-side street parking only – Follow posted street signs. No street parking on Kaipo Rd. – Unauthorized vehicles will be towed. Tow enforcement: Violators may be towed without warning from 8 PM to 7 AM. Parking Allowances: Townhomes: Up to 3 cars. 40’s-style Homes (5-7 bedrooms): Up to 4 cars. 50’s-style Homes (8-10 bedrooms): Up to 5 cars. Oversized Parking Information: Oversized parking is available for $75 daily. To reserve a spot, please visit the Clubhouse. Unauthorized vehicles parked in the oversized parking area without a reservation will be towed. Action Required: Please ensure all guests are aware of these rules to avoid towing.
