This tropical 1-bedroom unit with a Queen sleeper sofa is the perfect getaway for up to 4 people looking to enjoy the beautiful beaches of this area. Located in a quiet neighborhood on a private cul-de-sac, it is the perfect place to rest and recharge between trips to the most beautiful beaches in the world. This location is just a quick 5-minute drive (2 miles) to the Madeira Beach access and a 10-minute drive (3.7 miles) to the famous John's Pass Village and Boardwalk. The space This entire unit has been completely updated to create a beautiful tropical atmosphere that is the perfect place to relax and unwind after a long day at the beach. Make yourself at home while streaming your favorite shows on the 75-inch TV in a relaxing tropical ambiance. There is also a charming coffee bar that is there for you to start your perfect beach day! Enjoy the updated kitchen that includes a fridge/freezer, oven/stove, microwave, and a Keurig and regular coffee maker. Kitchen basics and coffee are included. This unit sleeps 4 comfortably. It includes 1 bedroom with a Queen-sized bed and a newer Queen sleeper sofa with gel foam mattress in the living room. In the bedroom there is a dedicated workspace with a desk to work remotely or to be productive on vacation! There is also a 50-inch TV to enjoy in the bedroom while you wind down for the night. There are also plenty of outlets and USB ports within the house. We also provide some classic board games and puzzles for times when you want to wind down or for those rare rainy Florida days! The bathroom in this unit has a walk-in shower with a removable shower head which makes it easy to spray the sand off from the day. We provide plenty of bath towels, toilet paper, and hand soap. *NOTE: The bathroom is attached to the bedroom. If there are guests sleeping on the sleeper sofa they will have to enter the bedroom to use the bathroom. * This unit is located in a large house with 2 other units inside (both are my Airbnb listings as well). Each unit in the house is private and each has its own entrance with a specific door code. They are all completely separated and they are not accessible to each other within the house. You will have access to your own private entrance which you will enter into from the back of the house. You will park in the driveway, follow the path to behind the house to the backyard, and your door is located on the left. The backyard area is shared with all 3 units. There is a gas grill, plenty of seating, a large table and chairs, a giant Connect Four game, Cornhole, a Giant Jenga game, a Tetris Tumble game, and a mini golf putting green. It is a quiet, peaceful area with new landscaping and large, old Oak trees beyond the fence. It is a great place to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or relax with a glass of wine at the end of a long beach day. We do have string lights on the fence so you can relax in the evening. We offer free laundry to our guests and the laundry room is located right next to your unit. It is shared between the 3 units. We provide laundry detergent, fabric softener, and fabric softener sheets. We also provide beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, beach towels, and beach toys to borrow for the beach! This unit offers free WIFI, parking for 2 vehicles, and a courtesy EV charger for both Tesla and non-Tesla vehicles. If you need a highchair or Pack 'n Play, just message me before your arrival and we can set it up in the unit before your visit! There is also a small binder in the unit which includes local restaurant recommendations, things to do, and some information about the area. And I am always available to provide any information as we pride ourselves on being private owners and not run by a management company. We want your getaway to be stress-free! Your entrance is in the back of the house which you can get to by going into the backyard. Your door has an electronic lock and we will send you the door code and check-in information the day before check-in so you can enter at your own convenience. ***NOTE: Check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 11am sharp, especially during peak season. This is to ensure our cleaners have enough time to do a deep clean of the apartment between guests because your safety, health, and satisfaction are important to us! We may be a little more lenient during "off-season"; just message me and I can see if we can offer some flexibility. Thank you for your understanding!
