Guest access Access Information • Main Access: The primary entrance is located on Castle Street, directly across from Dublin Castle. • Additional Access: You can also enter via the underground car park, which leads through the courtyard to the ground floor. From there, an elevator provides access to the fourth-floor apartment. • Wheelchair Access: The apartment is wheelchair accessible via the Castle Street entrance. • Keys and Fob: A fob is required for the main entrance, and keys are provided for the apartment itself. Guests have full use of the two-bedroom apartment for their stay. Other things to note House Rules We kindly ask all guests to comply with the following rules to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for everyone: 1. No Smoking Indoors Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. Guests may smoke only on the terrace. A fine of €250 will be charged for violations. 2. No Parties or Gatherings Parties, events, or any kind of large gatherings are strictly forbidden. Guests found violating this rule will incur a penalty of €500 3. Key Loss Penalty Please take extra care with the apartment keys. In the event of loss, a penalty of €600 will apply to cover the cost of replacing the lock and issuing new keys.
