Bright, beachy, and super comfortable — your perfect vacation starts here! ☀️🌊 The space 📌 Important Beach Notice (Temporary Project) Myrtle Beach will be part of a U.S. Army Corps of Engineers beach renourishment project beginning in late February 2026 through the end of March 2026. Crews work in 1,000-foot sections and typically remain in one area no more than about a week at a time. When work is occurring nearby, guests may notice construction equipment and noise, including during overnight hours, as work may take place 24/7. The exact, real-time location of the active work zones can be tracked on the City of Myrtle Beach website. 🛏️ The Space This bright and breezy 1BR condo has all you need for a beach vacation: • Bedroom: 2 plush queen beds 🛏️🛏️ • Living Room: Full-size sleeper sofa & flat screen TV • Kitchen: Stocked with essentials – stove, microwave, fridge & more • Bathroom: Shower/tub combo + fresh towels • Balcony: Private space with a peek of the ocean 🌊 Note: Kids waterpark is not included. PLEASE NOTE: We take guest security and safety seriously No fraudulent bookings Guests must complete an easy, online hotel-style check-in with a Rental Agreement, ID check, and a refundable $500 hold. Or you can opt for a $45 non-refundable damage waiver for stays under 10 nights —whichever you prefer! Full details in the House Rules. ✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $500 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $45 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional. To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.
