Only 1.2 miles East of Bryant Denny Stadium Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with tiled walk-in showers. Each bedroom boasts a comfortable King size bed. The kitchen is open to the stylish living area - perfect for time together with your group! Enjoy the electric fireplace in the colder months. Relish in the sweeping views of Downtown Tuscaloosa while enjoying a nice cold drink on the outdoor bistro tables. Convenience and ease is at its peak while staying at Airavata Corner! While staying at this condo, you will be rockin' and rollin' if there is a concert at the Tuscaloosa Amphitheater! It can be heard from the balcony and 4th of July fireworks are able to be seen from the security of the condo. If you do not feel like cooking, Just Love Coffee Cafe is on the ground level! There is an elevator for easy access and reserved parking for 2 vehicles! We are here to make your stay a wonderful one. We know we’ve done our job well when you ask about coming back to stay with us again. We love having repeat guests, because it feels like family or close friends coming home for a visit. Early check-ins are available upon request, pending availability. There’s a $50 charge per hour, plus tax/fees. Please note, we are unable to confirm an early check-in until 24-48 hours prior to arrival as the property is still open for booking.* *All reservations made within 2 weeks of date of arrival are subject to require in person Government Issued ID verification.* *Please be aware that upon booking, you will be required to sign the Bama Vacation Rentals forms and submit photo ID verification directly with our property management company texting system called AKIA. This will also be the primary platform used for communication.* *If your selected property offers the use of (trundle beds, upper bunks of bunk beds, roll-aways, futons, or flip sofas) these beds will not be made up in advance. Linens are provided and should be stored with these beds.* *A maximum of two pets are allowed with a pet fee of $100 per pet. If you have additional pets, you must receive permission in writing from management and pay additional pet fees.* *For stays that are longer than 2 weeks, please be aware that you will be charged an additional cleaning fee.
