Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Remodeled and designed by our Interior Designer daughter from Chicago, you will enjoy several amenities on Greenhorn Creek. Four comfortable beds in 3 BR's, a main bath with a bidet, old records (33 1/3 LP's), an extensive library, washer and dryer, a recreation room in the 2 car garage designed for the whole family-pool table, foosball, table tennis, darts, treadmill, weights. Covered patio, an outdoor swing. All on Greenhorn Creek. The space You have the complete home to yourself, 3 BR's, 1 Bath, a kitchen with basic tools to cook your meals, a gas fireplace, an extensive library with Old West books, history of the area books, children's books, survival books, organic gardening books, Christian books, maps, board games and cards, etc. The kitchen-(Gas stove and oven)-Cookware for preparing your meals-pots, pans, dishes, bowls, glasses, strainers, matches for lighting the grill above the stove, air fryer, Keurig with pods, tea kettle, cutting board, knives, can opener, toaster, hand mixer, cork screw, basic spices. (Flashlights in drawer next to frig.) The recreation room is in the 2-car garage with a pool table, foosball, table tennis, darts, treadmill and weight bench. There is a small refrigerator in here as well. The washer and dryer are in the basement for your use. There is a propane gas grill on the patio as well as a table, chairs and a swing. You can hear the roar from the creek below. Greenhorn Creek is a short walk (about 300') to the south boundary of the 3 acres. Look for the bench under the trees and enjoy the peaceful setting and sound of water. Guest access The property is on about 3 acres and is bordered by Park Rd to the north, Heller Lane to the east, Greenhorn Creek to the south and a fence to the west. We recommend to NOT have children climb the large boulders with an adult since there are large crevices between the rocks. The 2-car garage has a separate key to enter and that is where the recreation room is which includes a pool table, Foosball, table tennis, darts, a treadmill and weights/bench. There is a small refrigerator for your use. Old records (33 1/3LP's) can be played on the turn table in the LR. If you know how you can connect the DVD player and watch old movies. We provide free Internet. In the basement (watch your first step) is the washer and dryer if you need it. A short walk to Greenhorn Creek is to the south and a little at about 300 feet away. Look for the bench to sit and enjoy the peaceful sounds of the creek. Please do not cross the creek as that is private property.
