Although there is easy access to downtown, Lake Michigan, the sports stadiums, freeway and more... the home's inner environment is serene with a loft-style elegance that can allow you to relax away from the hustle bustle. The space This house is a duplex consisting of 2 flats (upper and lower) with 2 separate entrances. The UPPER FLAT is for the AirBnB guest(s). The lower flat is owner-occupied (to include the front porch and backyard). Street parking is available to guest(s). Any parking fees will be covered by the host for the duration of the guest stay (up to 28 days). Guest access Guests will be have access to side of home path to the back entrance. The UPPER FLAT has 2 decks (front and back decks) for their use. The back deck is covered and curtained to provide visible privacy. Other things to note ADDITIONAL GUESTS: The basic book rate includes up to four (4) overnight guests. The guest that placed the AirBnB reservation will be responsible for all guests on the premises. (NOTE: The unit can only comfortably and safely accommodate no more than 4 people.) NOTE: Number of overnight guests are subject to being confirmed. If more overnight guests are determined than what has been reserved, the host reserves the right to cancel the reservation immediately with no refund. SMOKING: Smoking/vaping is only allowed on the outdoor front or back deck. No smoking/vaping of any kind is allowed inside the property. Zero tolerance for illegal substance/behavior.
