Colonial 1-Floor House, Outdoor Oasis in Centro

Centrally located directly in between three of Merida's most visited squares, Parque San Juan, La Ermita, and San Sebastian, Casa Almita was built at the end of the 19th century and is newly remodelled. The house includes 3 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms, as well as an incredibly spacious backyard area and pool that will make you feel as if you are in an oasis inside the city. The house is equipped with all the modern conveniences and has a beautiful and open flow throughout the property. The space Once you enter to the first building you will find the living room and dining room; spacious and comfortable, the skylights illuminate the spaces by allowing natural light to enter the living and dining rooms. This common area has cross ventilation and ceiling fans. Two of the bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with two single beds, are next to the dining room and both include their own private bathroom; ceiling fans, air conditioning and hair dryer. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. Bottled water is provided, as well as Mexican coffee; basic kitchen equipment and appliances, including a toaster and coffee maker. Both the kitchen and the second bedroom face the pool area (a shallower part for children divided by a path and on the other side is the deeper part) and the partially shaded patio area. In addition, you will find lounge chairs to sunbathe in this warm tropical climate. There you will also find another full bathroom, as well as a laundry room with a washer and a drying rack. Just after the pool (unheated nor jets), in the second building, there is a private room with a queen bed, its own bathroom, closet, and desk, secluded from the rest of the house. Also equipped with ceiling fan, air conditioning and hair dryer. With ample space to comfortably sleep six people, it is the perfect home to bring the whole family and enjoy everything this city has to offer. Guest access You will access the keys through a lockbox, the code will be shared with you 24 hours before your arrival. You have access to the house with total privacy. Other things to note Use the pool at your own risk. Electricity, Water, Internet, Bottled Water are included in the fee. The hot water, as it runs through the pipes, comes out after a few seconds or a minute of waiting. Mérida has a tropical climate (hot and humid) so insects are part of everyday life, even so, we have left extra amenities to make your stay more pleasant.
