A gated entrance welcomes you to a private drive, ensuring a peaceful and secluded atmosphere. Surrounded by well-maintained lush landscaping, The serene private koi pond at the house entrance offers a tranquil escape, with water gently flowing over three small waterfalls. The soothing sound of cascading water fills the air, creating a peaceful ambiance perfect for relaxation. Colorful koi glide gracefully through the pond, adding a touch of natural beauty and life to the space. The kitchen is complete with refrigerator/freezer and a 2 drawer refrigerator drawer unit. Gas range, dishwasher, microwave and wine refrigerator. Full laundry room is available for your use. Outdoors you will find the outdoor kitchen complete with Twin Eagle outdoor appliances (smoker, side burner, flat grille) and another 2 drawer refrigerator drawer unit for those beverages you want outside. Wood burning pizza oven (wood is provided for the pizza oven and a variety of smoker pellet flavors for the smoker). With breakfast bar seating for 4 and an outdoor dining table for 6, there's plenty of room for everyone. The pool is not heated but remember we're in Redding where the sun does that job for us. Hot tub with jets is available as hot as you like it. Large fire pit for night time smores is always ready to be lit. Beach towels and some pool toys are provided but you are welcome to bring your own. Guest access During your stay, you will have complete access to the property, even when the owner is nearby or on-site. The owner respects your privacy and will ensure that your vacation experience is peaceful and undisturbed. Should you need anything, the owner is available to assist, but will always maintain a respectful distance unless called upon. Your comfort and privacy are a top priority, allowing you to enjoy the space as if it were entirely your own. Other things to note BRING YOUR FISHING LICENSE! Fishing poles for the river and some gear is available for use while at the house for a small fee of $25 per pole per visit. This cost allows us to replenish fishing gear as necessary. Fishing licenses will be required to fish the river and can be purchased at various local shops if you don’t already have a license. The property does has several outdoor security cameras possibly no different than what you may have for your own home. None of the cameras are monitored. The backyard camera/light comes on only for detected movement but never recording.
