Come enjoy a little local flavor in this new custom home in a quiet residential neighborhood. It's just a short walk to the beach or into town, and it's airy, spacious open floor plan is a comfortable place to relax. We came to Pavones and absolutely fell in love. There is a little something for everyone - world class surf, fishing, beautiful beaches, wildlife, and plenty of opportunities to slow down and relax. We hope you love it as much as we do. The space Kick back and enjoy this spacious and airy open floor plan home with plenty of room to relax after a fun day in the sun. There are two bedrooms with queen beds, and a third room with two twin bunk beds. Each of the rooms and the living room have their own AC. Or, if you prefer to take in the tropical breeze, then step outside and relax in a hammock or rocking chair on the patio. The kitchen is large and well equipped for cooking, and includes a dishwasher. There is a large dining table for your group to enjoy meals together. Or if you prefer to let someone else do the cooking, we're happy to help arrange some home cooked meals. The living room is spacious and comfortable and equipped with a smart TV. There is a high speed fiber optic internet connection for those that need to connect for work or fun. If you've come to surf, enjoy a quick 5 minute walk to world class surf. There's an outdoor shower, and a board storage rack. Let us know if you'd like a local surf guide or excursions to nearby breaks. If you've come to fish, we've got an extra chest freezer and a vac sealer so you can easily freeze and take your catch back home. Let us know if you'd like help chartering a fishing boat. If you've come to simply have a fun beach vacation with your family, the house comes with a beach umbrella, extra beach towels, family games, a smart TV and lots of space to unwind and relax. Pavones itself has a little something for everyone - surfing, fishing, gorgeous beaches, a gentle river to cool off and explore, amazing wildlife, hikes, waterfalls, a mellow local culture, and a little slice of paradise off the beaten path.
