Two waterfront homes, docks, Hot tubs, 7 bedrooms

Two Waterfront homes (216 feet of waterfront) with two private docks, Boat lift, two hot tubs, two swim mats, and a large backyard that is private with privacy fence. Larger home has 4 bedrms and 3 baths, the other has 3 bedrms and 1 bath. Relax, swim, play, kayak, fish, you will never be bored. Parking area for 12-14 cars. Bring a boat or rent kayaks to visit Sharktooth island (1/4 mile) or spend a day at a quiet sandbar! 3 miles to beach, 13 miles to Camp Lejeune,15 miles to Aquarium. The space SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: Dock House - sleeps 13 - King/ Two Twins/ Full Bed/ Futon/ Full Sofa Couch/ Twin/ One Queen Air Mattress (3 Bathrooms) Sunset House - sleeps 8 - King/ Full/ Two Twins/ Queen Sofa Couch (1 Bathroom) Every room in these homes have beautiful views. The master bedroom of the larger home has one entire wall of windows from where you can see the Intracoastal waterway. Coffee bar can also be used as a desk. Kitchen is open to the dining area with a table and chairs. We provide a pack n plays, high chairs, toys, & games for the little people. Our homes do sit on a busy road, but once you pull in the driveway you feel completely secluded. Guest access There is a dock at each home for your enjoyment. It is a shared dock, as we do store our boats there. If we do come by, it'll simply be to take boat. We will not hang out or intrude. Other things to note At the larger home the washer, dryer and 3rd full bathroom are located in the bath-house. It is a studio apartment with a screened in porch. It has a bunk bed with a full size futon under and a twin bed on top. There is a 120" Projector in the bunk house for those rainy days.
