QUIET TIME Since our property is located in a residential community, we ask that you help us respect our neighbors' privacy and their right to a peaceful existence. To ensure everyone enjoys their time here, please keep noise to a minimum between the hours of 9pm and 8am. A noise monitor is installed on the premises to help us maintain acceptable noise levels. If noise exceeds the set threshold, we will be notified. Please be mindful of our three-strike rule regarding noise disturbances. BREAKAGES We understand that accidents can happen! If you happen to break anything, please let us know right away. For minor issues, we usually don't charge a fee. If it's a larger problem, we'll discuss and agree on the cost with you before you leave. In some cases, it might affect the full security deposit, depending on the item. THEFT Please note that any theft will result in a full deduction of the security deposit. We kindly ask for your cooperation in following our house rules to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone.
