This unique property features everything you want in a lakehouse. The spacious screened in deck has a comfy seating area and dining table, making it the perfect spot to relax and read a book while the kids splash in the pool or lake. Be sure to catch a famous Lake Martin sunset. The grill master in the family will love the grilling area with a propane grill. Enjoy the convenience of the outdoor TV and watch your favorite team play. Keep the party outside and eat your meal at one of the many outside dining tables. For your convenience, delivery will be made to the dock and picked up when finished.
