Modern Mountain Loft w/Game Room

Tranquility awaits at the Lost River Loft! Experience this modern second story loft with panoramic mountain views enjoyed from the king size bed, the cozy couch, the modern dining area, or the rocking chairs on the large deck. The peaceful property features large windows looking out from the ridge top to the forest and a seasonal pond, a gas grill, kitchen comforts, an electric fireplace, boardgames and a game room complete with foosball, table tennis, pop a shot, cornhole and darts. The space The 900 square foot loft is a second floor modern open concept space bathed in natural light. It features a large west facing window and west facing sliding glass door and a large south facing window. There's a smaller north facing window in the kitchen and an east facing window in the full bathroom. We've carefully decorated the space with a mix of vintage treasures and newer items to create a peaceful environment for your retreat from everyday life. This space is ideal for a couple or a single person, and can easily accommodate a baby or toddler. The large open space features several distinct areas. The well-equipped kitchen has a fridge, a two-burner induction cooktop, a large Breville convection oven/air fryer, and a microwave. Note that there is no dishwasher or a traditional range. There is a drip coffee machine and an electric gooseneck kettle with Peet's coffee and assorted teas. The adjacent dining space features a modern dining table with six chairs--a great place to eat, work (with blazing fast wifi) or dig into a puzzle. The entrance area features a small bench, storage space with board games, a mirror and a coat rack. In the living room sink into the cozy couch and enjoy your tea or a glass of wine while you watch the sunset or your favorite streaming service on the Roku smart TV. An electric fireplace provides ambience and heat if desired. Additional seating and a vintage coffee table complete the space. The sleeping area features a king size bed with a Leesa mattress, a duvet, extra pillows and blankets. It also has a bench and two side tables and lamps. We have a pack-n-play available for those traveling with a toddler or baby. The bathroom includes a vanity and is supplied with body wash, shampoo, conditioner and towels. The large deck has two rocking chairs, and a 2 person dining set. A 2 burner Weber propane grill lets you prep your dinner with a stunning ridgetop view of forest, mountains and a seasonal pond. The space is climate controlled via a minisplit system which has A/C and heat along with a ceiling fan. The 900 square foot game room is designed for indoor/outdoor living with two large garage doors. Enjoy ping pong, pop-a-shot, darts, foosball or cornhole, and relax on the couch with a drink from the minifridge. Guest access The loft is fully private and you will access the space via a key which is in a key box with a private code. The entrance to the loft is at the top of a flight of stairs, and it is unfortunately not accessible for those who cannot climb stairs. Other things to note WINTER NOTE: The roads in the community are gravel. If there are ice/snow storms, a 4WD vehicle or snow chains on a 2WD vehicle will be necessary to access the property.
