It has 1 King bedroom with private en-suite bathroom, 1 Queen bedroom with shared en-suite bathroom, 1 Queen bedroom and a fourth bedroom with 2 double beds. The fourth bedroom has a Nintendo Switch and makes a great kids room. Each bedroom has its own 4K TV. The two en-suite bathrooms both have walk-in showers and the third stand alone bathroom has a tub and shower. The living room has a large 4K TV with built in home cinema sound. The kitchen is appointed with all modern appliances and a Reverse Osmosis drinking water system. There is laundry on site with everything you need supplied. The back yard is an entertainers dream with multiple seating areas, outdoor dining, built in outdoor kitchen with sink and mini fridge and built in gas fire pit. Enjoy the hot tub for a relaxing evening or play ping pong or the corn toss boards out on the patio. The property also features a top of the line central ‘Patriot Carbon UV Air Purifier’ for your safety. This system reduces odors, viruses, bacteria, mold and allergens. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property with the exception of a hall closet and outdoor shed which remain locked and are used by the cleaning crews.
