Three bedrooms open onto private decks, perfect for a quiet morning coffee. For your comfort, the home is equipped with central air-conditioning and ceiling fans. Getting Around Parking is plentiful. You can park up to 3 vehicles in the partially covered main driveway, 2/3 in the side driveway, and 2 in front of the house. Additional parking is available across the street. Important Information Your health and safety are our priority. Please review the following guidelines for a secure and enjoyable stay. **Security:** For your protection, security cameras are installed on the exterior of the property. There are no cameras inside the home. **Security Deposit:** A $300 security deposit will be put on a hold on your credit card 2 days before arrival and released after departure, provided no damages occur. ***The individual who books the reservation must be at least 25 years old, must be one of the occupants, and must remain on the premises for the entire stay. Booking on behalf of others is prohibited. Violation of this policy constitutes a material breach of the rental agreement and may result in termination of the reservation without refund. **Pool Heating Option:** Pool heating is available for an additional fee and must be purchased in advance for the entire duration of your stay. This ensures a comfortable swimming temperature during cooler months. **Pet Policy:** We love our pets, but to keep the home comfortable for all, we do not allow pets. **Amenity Use:** Please use all amenities, including the pool, hot tub and fire pit, responsibly. Guests are liable for any damage caused by misuse. Supervise children at all times, especially around the pool, hot tub, and fire pit. Ensure the fire is completely extinguished after each use. *Only registered guests may be on the property. **Liability:** By booking, you and your guests agree to use all amenities at your own risk and waive any claims against the owner for accidents or injuries. Main driveway is partially covered (3 vehicles), side driveway (2 vehicles), in front of house (2 vehicles) and plenty of parking across the street. Other things to note For safety, insurance, and occupancy compliance, all individuals staying at the property—including infants under 2 years old—are counted toward the maximum guest limit (14 guests) unless otherwise specified. The pool is private and for guest use only. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. Diving is not allowed. Glass containers are prohibited in the pool area. Please shower before using the pool. There is no lifeguard on duty; use the pool at your own risk. Running or rough play near the pool is not permitted. ***Report any pool issues or concerns immediately. to your host. | Hot Tub Safety | Health Precautions: The hot tub can pose health risks if not used responsibly. It is essential to supervise children closely, avoid alcohol consumption, and refrain from using the hot tub if pregnant or under medication that may impair your ability to use the facilities safely. Temperature Settings: For personal safety, maintain the water temperature below 104°F. | Fire Pit Safety | Enjoy our fire pit and barbecue, but ensure all fires are completely extinguished after use. Always watch children closely around these amenities to prevent accidents. An adult must supervise the fire at all times, keeping children and pets at a safe distance. It’s important to have safety equipment readily available, such as a bucket of water, sand, or a fire extinguisher. Allow the fire to burn down completely, then pour water or sand over the ashes to ensure they are fully extinguished, stirring the ashes to check for any remaining embers. Be responsible for cleaning up the area afterward, disposing of all debris and ensuring the fire pit is left in good condition for future renters. Lastly, be mindful of wind conditions, as using the fire pit on windy days can increase the risk of sparks spreading. | Guest Responsibilities| Amenity Use: Guests are expected to responsibly use all home amenities and instruct others in their party to do the same. Misuse or negligence that results in damage or accidents will be the financial responsibility of the guests. Damage Policy: Any damage to amenities due to improper use, such as using incorrect detergents, damaging the hot tub cover, or causing blockages with foreign objects, will result in a charge for repairs or replacement. Liability Waiver: By booking and using our cabin, guests agree to waive any claims against the owner for accidents, medical conditions, or other claims arising from their own use or that of their guests of the cabin amenities or hot tub. | Acknowledgment | Booking and using our property implies that you understand and agree to adhere to these safety guidelines and accept responsibility for any accidents or damages that occur during your stay. This acknowledgment includes a waiver of liability, releasing the owner from claims related to the use of cabin amenities.
