Other things to note This is a unit of a duplex property with two fully private units. Each unit has its own gate, entrance, and fully fenced front and back yard. There are no shared spaces. No pet No smoking We charge $200 for deep cleaning if bring pets , $300 if smoking inside property. The property has outside security cameras that are active and recording facing front door, font yard, and backyard. Don't tamper with any devices. The reservation includes up to 5 guests. An additional fee of $30 per day applies for each guest over 5. Please do not confused Palmetto Bugs with German cockroach. Palmetto bugs are outdoor bus that may somehow get inside like spiers or moths. Unfortunately, seeing them can be part of the Florida experience. The home receives regular professional pest treatment. So, if you see a bug, it is likely already dying.
