King bedroom and on-suite full bathroom, full kitchen, living room and small dining area, washer, dryer, separate half bathroom, and various other unique features and amenities. Also included is a futon and chaise couch to sleep 4 people if needed. Security and Safety measures are in place, to include deadbolt locks, CO and smoke alarms, outdoor lighting, fire extinguisher, first aid kit, and outdoor security cameras to monitor entrance, driveway and parking areas.
