The ideal capacity for the apartment is 2 adults and one child. The fold out futon-style chair is best suited for a child or small teenager. Quiet neighborhood, dark skies preserve. No cleaning fee! Blackout curtains throughout. The space La Cochera features a bedroom with TV area, cafe table, TV, dartboard, Japanese room divider, and large closet. It also features a well-equipped kitchenette and laundry room, and bathroom with overhead and handheld shower. Your space is completely private and closed off to the rest of the house. Guest access Bedroom, laundry room/kitchenette, and bathroom. The backyard has great views of Twin Sisters and terrific sunsets. Other things to note The fold out couch is recommended for a child or teenager. We do not recommend the fold out couch for adults.
