The Hideaway, one of four newly built cottages (Rocky Point Farms Cottages). An inviting indoor space with vaulted ceilings, a relaxing living room and an elegant kitchen. Ideal for families, (bunk bed with twin/double). Enjoy morning coffee on a spacious outdoor deck or take an easy walk to the waterfront to visit the spectacularly smooth and calm waters at high tide. This cottage has a private Hot tub. Pet-friendly (some rules apply). Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The space This cottage contains a living room and full kitchen, two bedrooms, (sleeps 2 adults and 3 children OR maximum 4 adults) and one washroom. One bedroom has a queen size bed with night stands and dresser. The other bedroom has a bunkbed with twin/double. Each bedroom has black out curtains. Our property also has 450 feet of oceanfront on the beautiful Waweig River. The waters at this area of the Waweig River are especially calm and smooth making it an excellent point of entry for kayakers to go for a trip down the river. At low tide the beach becomes a walkable flat rock bed for sea treasure hunters to take a closer look. We have 20 acres of wooded land, with a privately developed walking trail, giving guests direct access to popular walking, hiking, mountain biking, ATV’ing, and horseback riding trails that extend throughout Charlotte County and into other parts of New Brunswick. We are 12 minutes from St. Stephen and 15 minutes from the well-known tourist town of St. Andrews by-the-sea. We are also within 20 minutes distance to many local attractions such as Ganong Nature Park, Kingsbrae Garden, Huntsman Marine Science Centre, whale watching, and golfing. Access to the cottages is only 1 km from Highway No. 1 making it very easy to locate. At Rocky Point Farms Cottages our cottages are kept exceptionally clean and the grounds are maintained by a professional landscaper. Maintenance staff needs to access hot tub once daily to check levels, filters, and cleaning. Pets - over 35 lbs 1 dog maximum, under 35 lbs 2 dog maximum. Guest access Guests enjoy full access to the deck at the waterfront, and walking trails located on the property. Kayaks can be used when available. Each cottage deck comes with outdoor table, chairs, and BBQ. Each cottage has one private parking space. This cottage has a full kitchen - stove, microwave, fridge, sink, dishwasher. Also included complimentary coffee/tea. Bedrooms - queen size bed, night stands, and dresser. Bunk bed with twin/double. Bathroom - tub/shower, toilet paper, soap, shampoo and conditioner. Living room with sofa, TV, electric fireplace, large circle chair. WIFI Private Hot tub. For guest use only. Please read safety rules before entering. Use of Laundry facility available upon request. This cottage is designed for 2 adults and 3 children OR maximum 4 adults, and must not exceed 5 people (including children). Other things to note No smoking or vaping on deck. Hot tub and kayaks are for registered guests only. Quiet hours 11 pm - 7 am Maintenance staff needs to access hot tub once daily to check levels, filters, and cleaning. This cottage is not designed nor equipped to accommodate more than 4 adults. Please notify host if you have any questions. Pets - over 35 lbs 1 dog maximum, under 35 lbs 2 dog maximum. Please try not to let dogs jump on furniture. Cover furniture if necessary.
