The second bedroom has a twin bed with a trundle bed (also twin), accommodating a maximum of 4 guests. Additionally, each room is equipped with a TV for entertainment. **BATHROOM** The bathroom is conveniently located near the bedrooms and features a shower, perfect for refreshing after your adventures. **KITCHEN** Step into our kitchen, a treasure trove of culinary possibilities, fully equipped with all the cooking amenities. **OUTSIDE SPACE** The exterior area of this home boasts a steaming hot tub near the covered porch, perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure. Additionally, the porch features a fireplace and a BBQ grill, creating the ideal setting for outdoor gatherings and enjoyment. Other things to note Age requirement to book is 25+. There’s a hill you’ll need to go up just before reaching the property, so a 4x4 vehicle is required. Pet-friendly! Guests are required to sign Cherokee Rose Homes Rental Contract and authorize a $250 security deposit prior to their reservation. Please note that our property is nestled in the mountains amidst a wooded area, which means that the open spaces and outdoor sitting areas may be exposed to leaves, dust, pollen, and other natural elements. After a few days from the last cleaning, these outside areas may accumulate leaves, pollen, and some dust due to their exposure. We appreciate your understanding in this regard. This space has been prepared for guests traveling from out of town! We love to host guests from out of town who have previously stayed in short-term rentals and earned favorable reviews. While we appreciate the interest in staying with our property, please note that we do not cater to guests who live in the area and are looking for an alternate venue for their affairs or events and reserve the right to turn these guests away. Firewood is not provided. There will be a $500 fine for fires left unattended or fires that were not put out prior to leaving or retiring for the night. We don't want any embers be blown over to the nearby trees/woods, or anything that can potentially set it on fire. Guests give permission to the property manager to use a third-party to screen their identity and check criminal databases to confirm their reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest screening can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam inbox for this email and contact the property manager if you have any questions. Guests are required to complete the guest screening booking requirement, to avoid cancellation of the reservation. Access & Road Conditions: We recommend guests use an SUV or 4WD vehicle to reach the property. The last quarter mile of the drive is on a bumpy gravel road, so please maintain a steady, constant speed when driving on it.
