Located in a very quiet neighborhood, this family friendly home boasts four inviting bedrooms with one King bed, two Queen beds and two Twin XL beds, each fitted with comfortable new mattresses. Our home features 55" smart TV, outdoor pool/spa, pool side patio. Close to hiking trails and university campus. Short distance drive to Universal Studios Hollywood, Los Angeles and Malibu (beautiful SoCal beaches). De'Longhi Nespresso Essenza Mini Coffee and Espresso Machine, Milk Frother and Nespresso capsules are provided for a little morning relaxation and social boost with family and friends Living room: spacious with entertainment (YouTube TV and Chromecast for endless streaming). Competition sized soccer table to challenge family or friends with a fun game Backyard: pool/spa/Mini Golf course with large umbrella for you to enjoy the outdoor and poolside fun. -Jacuzzi Spa heating is included free during your stay. -The swimming pool can be heated for an additional fee. Pool heating fees vary by season, $60 per day from March to October; $100 per day for November, December, January and February.
