The space This location has a Master Bedroom downstairs with a Bathroom; a second bedroom and adjacent bathroom, a third bedroom upstairs on the second level with an adjacent bathroom as well as a loft with a sleeper sofa. The spacious living room area is perfect for gathering the family for a fun time for a couple to share good times, games or a glass of wine around the fireplace. There is an electric grill for your enjoyment to use on the exterior patio as well as outdoor seating which overlooks the pond where you can fish to your hearts content! The kitchen is spacious and equipped for meal prep and the dining area has room for all to share and enjoy a meal. The Laundry room is available on the first level as well. Also there is a community pool usually available between Memorial Day through Labor Day for your pleasure. Contact the Host for information on access to the pool. There is ample parking for your car in the driveway or on the street. Guest access All of the standard living space areas are available for your enjoyment and relaxation. There is space for two (2) cars in the driveway and plenty of spaces to park on the street. PLEASE DO NOT PARK IN FRONT OF THE COMMUNITY MAILBOX!! Other things to note Located in Delmar, Md... Just 5 minutes from Salisbury, Md.; this lovely townhouse is a vacation dream. This location is 30 minutes from Ocean CIty Maryland and 40 minutes from Rehoboth and Bethany Beaches, as well as MANY other beaches along the shore that you can enjoy that are in close proximity. We are 10 minutes from the competetive baseball/softball parks and recreation areas as well as several wedding venues like Kylan Barn and others. The Delaware line is less than 10 minutes away with many opportunities for furniture and outlet shopping available for your enjoyment. There are lots of activities to keep you and your family entertained, or maybe you just want the quiet time with relaxation and fishing in the pond right in the rear yard of the property.
