BEDROOM 4 (small), upstairs, twin bed with twin trundle, small bedroom best for kids, oscillating fan, blackout curtains and window A/C during summer months - best for kids/teens. *Note: stairs to bedrooms 3 & 4 are steep and narrow, not recommended for the elderly or those with a high trip or fall risk.
