Bedrooms Primary Bedroom: Luxurious king bed, walk-in closet, ensuite bathroom, ceiling fan, sliding glass doors leading to a patio with a hot tub and stunning water views. Ensuite bathroom with 2 sinks, shower & toilet separated by pocket door. Guest Room 1: Two cozy twin beds, rotating tower fan, blackout curtains, closet, and river views. Guest Room 2: Queen bed, rotating tower fan, walk-in closet, and river views. Main Bathroom: Full bath with tub/shower combo, sink, toilet. Outdoor Space Relax on the covered deck with river views, ceiling fan, and lighting—it’s perfect for meals or evening drinks. The screened outdoor room offers a comfy sectional, perfect for naps, games, reading, or socializing with friends and family, and includes an oscillating fan. Amenities We provide beach towels, folding chairs, and slippers for your comfort. All rooms face the river, so you can enjoy the soothing sound of water throughout the home. Property Details This is a large, open property that you can freely explore. While it’s not fully fenced, you’re welcome to relax by the river or enjoy the natural surroundings. Please note, entering the river is at your own risk, and we are not responsible for any accidents or injuries. Important Information There are no fences around the water or hot tub (deck can be closed off). The property has uneven surfaces and two steps leading into the main living area. The home is not suitable for children under 6 or guests with physical limitations. One dog is allowed with a signed pet policy and fee (pets are not allowed on furniture or beds). No open fires. Gas BBQ available. No smoking inside or outside the home. A fee will be charged for any violations. No fishing No glitter – an additional cleaning fee will apply if used.
