At the Little River Hideaway, relaxation is a way of life. As you arrive, you'll be greeted by the soothing sound of our little river. Relax on the back deck or curl up on the couch while enjoying a warm beverage. Enjoy local holiday events (Festival of Lights Parade, Old Town Country Christmas), shopping, restaurants, and artist galleries. Old Town and Downtown Auburn are 5 minutes away. We are located on the Wine and Ale trail. LRH is perfect for family time, special events, and retreats. The space Our vintage home has vaulted ceilings, mid-century modern architecture and furnishings, a sunken bar, open concept living, expansive decking, a screened outdoor room, and incredible views. Indulge in the outdoors while enjoying the putting green, outdoor games, disc golf, the hot tub, and the little river. The primary bedroom has a luxurious king size bed, walk in closet, ensuite bathroom, overhead fan, sliding glass doors with a patio and hot tub and views and sounds of the water. The second guestroom has 2 comfortable twin beds (that could be joined), a rotating fan, blackout curtains, a closet, and views and sounds of the water. The third guestroom has a fabulous queen bed, rotating fan, large walk-in closet, views and sounds of the water. A full bathroom is shared by both guest rooms and includes a bathtub/shower. The covered deck has a fan and lights and views of the water. Having meals on the deck is a true treat! Sit in the screen room on the comfortable sectional and nap, play games, read, or socialize with family and friends. An oscillating fan is provided. We provide beach towels, folding chairs, and slippers. You can hear the water from all of the rooms as they face the little river. It's a large property and you have access to all of it (it's not all fenced). You can walk around and enjoy the sights or sit and relax by the little river. Going in the river is at your own risk. We are not liable for any accidents or injuries that may occur if you choose to enter the river. Important information: This property does not have fences around the open water or hot tub. The deck can be closed off. There are many uneven surfaces around the property and there are 2 steps down into the main area of the house. The house is not ideal for children under 3 years old or adults with physical limitations. Dogs are welcome with a signed pet policy and a fee. No open fires. A gas BBQ is available. We have a strict non-smoking policy inside and outside the house. You will be charged a fee to mitigate any damages that occurred. No glitter or an additional cleaning fee will be applied. Guest access Guests have access to the property and house. They do not have access to the workshop, outbuildings, or garage. Guests need to respect property boundaries as the property is not entirely fenced off. Other things to note It’s a large property suitable for many local events.
