This two-story home comes with a long driveway for off-street parking and a large, fenced yard. With sleeping for 8, this multi-level property makes a great family retreat. A bright red door greets you upon arrival and once inside, fun pops of color continue throughout. Up the stairs is the main living area with TV and an eat-in kitchen just adjacent. There is also a bedroom off the living area with a queen bed and en suite bathroom with full tub/shower. Downstairs is a den area with futon with sleeping for 2 and TV. The second bedroom includes a queen and twin bed with trundle. The second full bathroom with a stand-up shower in near the laundry room just off the downstairs den. Located only 1 mile from the beach and Seawall Boulevard and being in mid-town means you are near so many other great attractions! - Moody Gardens and Schlitterbahn Waterpark are only 3.5 miles away. - The San Luis Convention Center is only 1 mile away! - The beach and Seawall Boulevard is about a 20-minute walk or short drive where you''ll have fun shopping local gift shops or ride a bike along the Gulf of Mexico. - Moody Mansion on Broadway and the Historic Pleasure Pier on the Seawall are both about 2.5 miles away. - Local eateries such as Mi Abuelitas, Yamato's Japanese & Sushi, and Landry's Seafood are all nearby to satisfy your appetite whether you''re in the mood for delicious home-style Mexican or excellent seafood. Please note Landon's Lookout does not feature central air or heat, however, there are window units and space heaters available for your convenience.
