Welcome to Fox Hollow, a new luxury chalet in the beautiful Poconos! Relax at this 6 bed/3 ba chalet that accommodates up to 16 guests and 8 cars. Home features a deck with partial lake views, hot tub, coffee/tea bar, gas fireplace, BBQ, kayak, canoe, game room, +more. Well-appointed with everything you will need during your stay. Community amenities include pool, lake, boat rentals, fishing, & sport courts. Centrally located to explore everything in the Poconos! Must be 25+ years old to rent. The space Fox Hollow is a newly built chalet located centrally in the Poconos in the beautiful Towamensing Trails community. We are a 5 minute walk from sandy beach access, community pool, & the lake. This chalet is a luxury retreat, boasting large windows with natural light, a spacious floor plan (3 stories) to help provide privacy for all your guests, and endless entertainment. We also provide access to a kayak and canoe that you can launch 5min walk from the home! We are not lakefront. When entering Fox Hollow, you’ll be greeted by a game room including an 86 in smart TV with streaming and a Bose soundbar, board games, pool table, and vintage arcade game. Outside the sliding glass doors, step to the patio with 2 large picnic tables, a propane Weber BBQ grill, cornhole, and a 6-person hot tub with a lounger seat. Washer/Dryer also located on this floor. On the main floor you have an open concept kitchen and living room that allows for comfortable entertaining for all your guests. The chef’s kitchen is well-appointed with all your cooking and baking needs (including salt, pepper, and extra virgin olive oil) and all dining ware necessary for up to 16 guests. Our coffee and tea bar has everything you need, including coffee, decaf coffee, creamer, & assorted tea bags. We provide a coffee maker, French press, and electric kettle. Wine glasses and barware is also provided. The dining table can sit up to 12 guests and the adjacent kitchen island can sit up to 4 guests. The living room has a stone gas fireplace, large sectional sofa with additional seating, a 55 in smart TV with streaming, access to the upstairs deck, and partial lake views from the large windows. On the top floor you can find the trendy loft that overlooks the living/dining space and views of the lake. The loft has a desk that is great for working remotely with a beautiful view and a day bed with a pull-out trundle tucked in a nook for additional privacy. There are 2 bedrooms located on each of the 3 floors. Five of the 6 bedrooms have queen beds with Casper memory-foam mattresses for a comfortable night sleep. The 6th bedroom, located on the top floor is designated as a kids room and has 2 twin bunk beds (please note these are primarily for children and top bunks have a weight restriction according to the manufacturer). There is 1 full-bathroom (each with a walk in shower) located on each floor of the 3 stories. *Please note we do have a Ring security camera/audio recording device located at the exterior front of the home mounted on the bottom corner of the deck facing the driveway and street and a second Ring security camera/audio recording device located at the exterior front door entrance of the home. Additionally, the home has 2 Minut noise decibel monitoring devices, one located on the interior of the home on the second floor above the sliding glass door and a second one on the exterior of the home facing the backyard. The Minut devices do not record audio, but detect if the noise decibel reaches above a certain limit. These are provided for the safety of the guests and the community. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property. Your stay includes 8 guest passes for access to the Towamensing Trails community amenities, which include the lake/beach, swimming pool, and sports courts (tennis, basketball, and volleyball). The 8 guest passes must be returned at the end of your stay and left within the home. Lost guest passes will result in a fine of $100/pass per the community rules. Children under 5 years old are not required to wear a guest pass to use amenities. Additional guest passes exceeding the included 8 with your stay may be purchased at $10/person per day. Guest will need to purchase additional passes at the community marina near home in person and show photo ID matching their rental reservation/packet. Additional passes subject to availability. There is lake sandy beach access about a 5-minute walk from the home. The amenities, including the lake and pool are only open from Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend. We include 8 beach towels and a picnic blanket for your stay. We are located near 3 ski resorts: Big Boulder Mountain (14 min), Jack Frost (20 min), and Camelback Mountain (30 min). Please confirm opening dates for your stay. Other things to note Must be 25 years old or older to rent. Person booking must be present on site during rental period. No prom groups may rent. If under 18 years old, a parent or guardian must be present on site during rental period. A rental agreement required by the Towamensing Trails community will be sent to you shortly after the reservation is confirmed. This rental agreement will need to be signed to confirm your reservation. If the agreement is not returned within 3 days of your reservation, you may be subject to a cancellation with no refund. No smoking allowed in home and may result in fines if rule is broken. Not abiding community and home rental rules outlined in the rental agreement or on this listing may result in fines by our community. This is a quiet and private lake community. Large loud parties are not welcomed. Neighborhood quiet hours are between 10 pm and 7 am. Guests will be responsible for any fines incurred for noise complaints. Pets are allowed subject to owner’s discretion. Pet fee is $200/pet for the entire stay. Additional costs may incur due to pet-associated damage. Undisclosed pets may result in a fine of $300. Your stay includes 8 guest passes for access to the Towamensing Trails community amenities, which include the lake/beach, swimming pool, and sports courts (tennis, basketball, and volleyball). The 8 guest passes must be returned at the end of your stay and left within the home. Lost guest passes will result in a fine of $100/pass per the community rules. Children 5 years old and under are not required to wear a wristband to use amenities. Additional wristbands exceeding the included 8, may be purchased at $10/person per day. Guest will need to purchase additional wristbands at the nearby community marina in person and show photo ID matching their rental reservation/packet. Additional wristbands subject to availability. Wristband is not valid after checkout time. Please note that the lake may be closed without prior notice due to water testing. In this case we advise guests to visit the lake located at Hickory State Run Park. Please note that parking is limited to a maximum of 8 vehicles only. All vehicles must have parking pass (provided by us) displayed at all times. You must abide by local traffic laws and speed limits in the community. Additional parking may be available but must be confirmed prior to booking. No outdoor fires/firepits allowed outside within the community. Only propane BBQ grill may be used. No smoking in or outside of the home is allowed. Must be 18 years or older to use the hot tub and must sign a waiver prior to your stay to use hot tub. Trash is located offsite of the home in the community due to wildlife in the area. It is about a 7 minute drive from the home. During your stay, you will be able to drop trash off there. At not time can trash be left outside the home. A digital guidebook will be provided following booking with more details about your stay. Please note that the home water source is a well. Water pressure may be affected on usage during stay. Please note that charcuterie boards, donuts, and wine are not included with your stay.
