A washer and dryer are in the kitchen. It has tall ceilings. One room has ash hardwood floors and the other a “Jackson Pollock” style paint treatment (just for fun). Curios and shelving are provided. Offstreet parking is available. Extra freezer space is available for groceries at no cost. Other things to note This is a new rather new listing, but I think any bugs have been worked out. The bathroom has been redone, except for the tub. It is fine, but does not have the “character” of the rest of the unit (just a common fiberglass tub), so it will be replaced someday.
