Perfect for families, friends and pet owners, this mid-century home offers high-speed internet, on-site parking, a fully equipped kitchen, and a fully fenced yard. Near Children's Hospital and the University of Washington, it's a 2-min walk to bus 372, connecting to the light rail within minutes for quick access to Seattle's attractions. The space This is a 4-bedroom, 2-bath mid-century home with beautiful hardwood floors throughout and plenty of natural light. All rooms except for one bedroom are on the main floor. The spacious living room, kitchen, and dining room feature an open layout and lots of natural light. The entire home and yard are yours to enjoy. Our small garage and outdoor shed are locked storage areas. The beautiful fully equipped kitchen has ample natural light from the large skylight and cherry cabinets which hold everything you need to cook up a gourmet meal. The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, an air fryer, a toaster, slow cooker, blender, and a food processor. There's a walk-in pantry with tea, a drip coffeemaker, coffee grinder, and cocktail mixers. The dining room has a long dining table that seats 8. The huge living room is the size of two rooms and has a large window to enjoy the lush front yard. There's a 75" LG TV with Apple TV, an Eames-style lounge chair, board games and puzzles, and a doggie door to the front yard. The main bedroom includes a king-size bed with 100% organic cotton sheets, a 3” natural latex topper and a cedar closet. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed with 100% organic cotton sheets, a walk-in cedar closet, and a small desk. The third bedroom has a queen-size bed with 100% organic cotton sheets, a 3” Tempur Adapt topper, and a cedar closet. The fourth bedroom is situated above the garage - up a flight of steps - and has two twin-size beds, beautiful skylights, and a personal AC unit. All bedrooms have USB outlets for your phone charging needs. There are two bathrooms: one is spacious with a full-size tub and looks out to the beautiful private backyard. The other one is smaller with golden pine walls and a walk in shower. We've included some essential toiletries. The private yard is fully enclosed by a 7-foot cedar fence. The front yard is covered with cedar chips, which are pet-friendly and safer for paws. When in season, you'll be able to enjoy the many fruit trees on the property, including Honey Crisp & Braeburn apples, blueberries, Asian pears, and persimmons. The front yard wraps around to the back, which contains a private lush garden, a natural pond, and a brick patio with a picnic table and a solo stove bonfire. At night you can turn on the party lights for a festive air. Guest access The entire house and yard are available for you to enjoy. The garage and backyard shed are not accessible. On-property parking can hold up to 4 cars, and there is free street parking nearby.
