The Tipsy Turtle comfortably sleeps 6: ~ The main suite includes a king bed, ceiling fan, smart TV, walk-in closet, private patio access, and a remodeled ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. ~ The guest bedroom offers two full beds, ceiling fan, smart TV, walk in-closet, and access to the remodeled guest bathroom. For your convenience, a full sized washer and dryer and free, high speed WIFI, and beach towels are included, and a seasonally heated pool is located right outside your front door Prime "Walk-to-Everything" Location You're just a couple hundred yards from the white sands, lush lagoon pool, restaurant, bars and more. You can reach it all via the resort’s pedestrian bridge or a free tram ride. We are one of the closest villas to the Edgewater Convention Center and Clubhouse—perfect for guests attending competitions or meetings--and you can also step outside the resort to find a variety of walkable dining options from fresh seafood and Cajun cafes to pizza and casual American eats. Guest access Guests will have direct access and will be able to let themselves into the condo with our keyless lock. Other things to note Primary renter must be at least 25 years old, sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, be present for the duration of the stay, and agree to a $200 damage deposit hold placed on the guest's credit card.
