Welcome to Casa Agave Carina! Steps to the multi-mile River Walk Path that connects you on a walk/bike/exercise path across Tucson. This townhome is located in a quaint neighborhood conveniently located next to the Children’s Memorial Park where you will have an abundance of space to play. Within our neighborhood, you also have access to the community pool and jacuzzi. The space This beautiful home backs up against the wash so don’t be surprised to see desert critters such as lizards crawling around the back wall. Internet/Smart tv: You will have access to free wifi, as well as, smart tvs in the bedrooms and living room for streaming (I do not have streaming services available for you to use but feel free to log in with your own). Kitchen: You have access to the kitchen that is fully stocked with appliances, pots/pans, cooking utensils, toaster. I have a coffee maker and coffee to wake you up and get your morning started. Parking: there are 2 Spaces in the carport for parking. There is no overnight street parking at the end of the carport. Please either use the space within the carport or you can parallel park at the end of the street, which is a few feet away. Casa Agave Carina is centrally located so you can easily access any Tucson locations.
