Whether you are jumping off the dock, having lunch at the outdoor picnic table, enjoying your favorite beverage overlooking the glassy waters, cuddling up by a lakeside fire pit, taking a spin on the available paddle board or lake kayak, or a boating enthusiast out for the day and storing your boat on the available private boat lift (V Hull only, no pontoons), there is something for everyone to do! When the day on the water is over, play some games or watch a movie in the cozy living space or snuggle up on the patio open to and overlooking the lake at night. Close to Penn Yan run into town easily or enjoy dozens of local vineyards, Seneca Falls ice cream, or a wide variety of local restaurants/bars.
