Modern kitchen fully equipped including a Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Fridge-Freezer, Microwave, Oven, Toaster, Kettle and a dining table for 4 people, entirely open to the living room. 1st Bedrooms has a nice comfortable King Size bed, Huge dressing and 1,8m wide double glass tinted window. 2nd room has 2 beds, 1 small double size bed measure 1,20x2m and 2nd single bed measure 0,90x2m, working desk including a laptop to navigate on internet and big dressing wardrobe. Large Bathroom with a hydro-energy lights and Bath-tube with multifunction waterfall shower and 4 keys buttons. To note, all windows are equipped with Mosquito net. Tired after a long day on the beach or walking in city center? Go home to a smart home equipped with G0ogle Assistant and Tv with Netflix or chill in a romantic bathtub while listening to Music. ========================================================== We currently provide a shuttle service from the airport to the apartment, on arrival and departure. At a cost of 50€ for 2 persons each for airport pick-up or airport drop-off. You just need to give us the time you land (pick-up) or take-off time (drop-off) of your plane as well as the flight number. Transportation will be in a private SUV Volkswagen T-Cross new generation. In case anything is needed reach out to me via WhasApp and i will be available on the spot to assist. Guest access You can access the whole apartment mentioned above as well as the terrace in the roof top. Due to repeated misuse of the washing machine by previous guests, its use is no longer permitted during your stay in this apartment. However, in special circumstances and upon request, we may grant access to the washing machine on the day before check-out. Thank you for your understanding. Other things to note To get around (car or motorbike) is strongly recommended. You can park your car on the street free of charge however we do have a private garage available with an automatic wirelessly controlled rolling door located under the apartment we can agree on reasonable price per day. Garage dimensions are: 11m Deep x 3,05m Door-wide x 3m Door-hight x 4m Garage-high. *NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED. We ask that you keep the number of guests the same as booked. In case you are expecting to receive any external visits, please do let us know in advance. However should any of the visitors decided to stay over night for sleep over, we would have to ask you to consolidate and pay the difference in price. Keep in mind that the Number of all sleeping guests in the apartment must not exceed the maximum number of guests allowed to be accommodated in the apartment. If we discover that there are more guests than expected, you will be asked to consolidate your initial booking. Finally we would like to kindly ask that you treat our home with the same respect that you do your own. Thank you for helping us keep it cosy and inviting! PS: The Appartment is located on the 1st floor of a private building. The area is generally quiet, though there can occasionally be some natural neighborhood noise, such as dogs barking, which unfortunately is beyond my control.
