For the length of your stay, you will be given a special access code unique to the front entrance. Quiet Hours are 10 PM - 8 AM. Check in is 4 PM and check out is 11 AM. The landscaper is scheduled monthly to maintain the front and back yard. He will be entering and exiting on his own. I will give a heads up on day-of. The green trash bin from WM is kept on the side of the property by carport. All trash must be collected and taken out. Trash is picked up from the street on Wednesday mornings. Our big garbage bags kept below the kitchen sink are also for your use. This is a smoke-free property and vaping and smoking of all kinds are prohibited inside or out. Pet Policy 🐾 We love hosting responsible pet owners and are happy to welcome most well-behaved dogs!
