Welcome to Valentino's! Our home is a convenient little spot for family and friends. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood, with a short commute to area restaurants, grocery and many major attractions. The space From the moment you drive up to the home, you are greeted by lush landscaping, a large driveway that can fit up to four cars, and a shaded tree for enjoying the afternoon breeze. At the same time, you sip your favorite beverage and spectate the community activities. As you enter the home, the living room invites you deeper into the space. A large living with ample seating, a smart TV and coffee table awaits you. Off the living room and kitchen, you can enter a large space where dining, a pool table, and comfortable seating await. We can call this the gathering room. The kitchen is open and equipped with all you need to prepare a good meal while on vacation. The master bedroom features a queen-sized bed, an ensuite bathroom, and closet space for linens and personal items. Our guest bedrooms are also delightfully adorned with bedding, welcoming décor, natural lighting and closet space. Sleeping accommodations include a queen-sized bed, a full-sized bed, a twin trundle, and a futon in the gathering room. A pack-and-play and kid booster seat can be found in the hallway closet. The backyard is fenced for your safety, with plenty of space for your pet to roam. Location is key, and this property has it all. Situated near the Florida State Fairgrounds/Amphitheater, the Ybor District, Busch Gardens, and The Hard Rock Casino, entertainment options are minutes away. Guest access Guests have access to the: - Entire House (Minus Housekeepers Closet) - Driveway - Backyard - No SHED Access Other things to note - There is a Ring doorbell camera at the front door for your comfort and security. We want you to feel safe during your stay with us. - We charge $100 pet fee per stay. Please be sure to include your pet in your reservation. - We love Florida living and all that comes with it....even the wildlife. Guests should keep in mind we share our environment with a variety of wildlife here in Florida including insects, reptiles, birds, and more. While we have regular pest control, you may see some of these friends during your stay. Keeping doors & windows closed and keeping food stored & sealed properly are ways to ensure a little lizard or other friend won't come in =•) - We do charge a $150 locksmith fee, should guests lock themselves out of the residence.
