Other things to note If you’re interested in an early check-in or late check-out, please let us know! ✦Other details to note ✦ We provide all of our guests a starter kit of consumables such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry pods, dishwasher pods, etc. Guests can purchase any additional consumables from nearby grocery stores that you think you might need during your stay beyond what's included in the starter kit. ✦ COVID 19 Response ✦ We will be disinfecting every hard service in the cottage between stays. We will do our best to make sure that your stay with us is safe and peaceful. Usually, we try to accommodate early check-in or late check-out, but with all the extra measures we are taking during this time that will be very difficult. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking. Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following: « You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions. « You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID prior to check-in. « You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the owner, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking. « You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal. All guests are subject to verification checks and are required to provide the necessary information to us within 24 hours of booking. Same-day bookings are required to provide the information within 1 hour of booking. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation that does not meet our verification check criteria.
