Kitchen/Dining - Dining table seats 6, kitchen island seating with 4 bar chairs, refrigerator/freezer, oven, Keurig K-cup machine, flatware, drinkware, dishes, toaster, microwave, and cooking necessities and utensils. Bedrooms: Comfy beds with quality mattresses, fresh linens, and plenty of pillows. Each bedroom has its own smart TV Downstairs Master Bedroom #1 (sleeps 2) - King bed, 2 nightstands, USB ports in the lamps, Smart TV, 2 chairs with table, closet, en suite bathroom with walk-in shower and a bathtub. Upstairs Bedroom #2 (sleeps 2) - King bed, 2 nightstands, mirror, closet, Fabric Organizer Drawers, USB ports in the lamps, Smart TV. Updatirs Bedroom #3 (sleeps 2) - Queen bed, 1 nightstands, mirror, closet, Fabric Organizer Drawers, USB ports in the lamps, Smart TV. Upstairs Bunk Room (sleeps 4) - 2 sets of two stacked twin beds, mirror, closet, Fabric Organizer Drawers, beds all have their lamps for reading, in addition to other lighting, USB ports in the lamps, Smart TV. Bathrooms: Clean towels, toiletries, robes + slippers (Master Bath), and a hairdryer. Office Room (downstairs) - Study table, Murphy bed, whose instructions to operate are located next to it. The Office features a custom art piece created by a local artist here in Fort Worth! Outdoor Space: A cozy patio to enjoy your morning coffee or evening relaxation. Corn Hole is a popular Texas game available on the patio to play on the lawn. Please be mindful to place all items under the patio once finished. The entryway hallway wall art does have lighting available as an option. The remote for these is on the entryway table. These are battery-operated so please be mindful to not keep them on when you are not home, and inform us if they run out. For your safety and convenience, our home is equipped with Smoke detectors, a fire extinguisher, and a first-aid kit. You have use 2 car garage to park your cars. NO PARTY ALLOWED, NO LOUD MUSIC ALLOWED !!! We allow small 2 pets; but there is extra $75 cleaning fee. If pets are not disclosed there will be $250 rule violation fee. Guest access Guests will have full access to the interior of the home, as well as the backyard, patio, garage, and driveway.
