Book now for an unforgettable stay. The space The apartment is located on 8th floor of the Forte Tower 2 building. And the building is located just across the street from Dubai Opera and you can walk to Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa and Dubai Fountain within 5 minutes. The parking slot for this apartment is located in Burj Crown building, the building next door and there is a sky bridge from the parking floor in Burj Crown to Forte Tower 2. There are 24-hour supermarkets nearby and the metro station is about 10-15 mins walk from the building. Please Note : *The swimming pool will be under maintenance and cannot be used during September 8 to September 30, 2025* Guest access Guests are required to send their passports before the check in. According to UAE Law, we will be registering you as our guest on Dubai Government's Tourism Portal. You are also required to show your passports at the reception at the time of check in to check your identity. Check in time is exactly between 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. "Strictly No Smoking, Pets, or Parties" - Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited. Violations will incur a fine of 1,800 AED or more. Smoking is only permitted on the balcony. - Pets and parties are not allowed at any time. 2. "Damage and Losses" - Guests will be charged for any damage caused to the apartment or its contents. - Lost keys or access cards will incur a fee of 300 AED per card, as charged by building management. 3. "Additional Services" - Housekeeping services are available upon request at an additional charge per visit. - Baby amenities, such as a crib, baby bath, and baby chair, as well as extra requests such as extra towels, extra sheets are available for an extra charge per night. 4. "Check In & Out Policy" - Standard Check-In Time: 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Late Check-In Charges: From 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM: 100 AED. After 9:00 PM: 150 AED. Please note that a team member is required to assist with your check-in; therefore, these charges apply for late check-ins to accommodate the additional arrangements. - Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Late check-out may be arranged with the host and can be complimentary if available. - Unauthorized late check-out will result in a fine of 100 AED per hour. 5. "Luggage Storage" - Unattended luggage storage without prior notice is not allowed at the reception or anywhere within the building premises, either before check-in or after check-out. - Luggage left unattended for an extended period will be reported to local authorities for security inspection, and a fine of 2,000 AED will be imposed.
