The property is located on the hill in front of the well-known Playa Paraiso in Santa Teresa. To access, it is necessary to climb a steep 350-meter dirt road. An ATV or 4x4 vehicle is recommended for easier access and better mobility in the Santa Teresa area and surroundings. Guests will have a space to park their vehicle. Casa Viva is close to the beach and Hacienda supermarket, just a 10-minute walk, and 5 minutes by vehicle. Additionally, the best restaurants in town, such as Nami, Facon, Osa, and the famous Soda Tiquicia (Costa Rican typical food restaurant), are only 5 minutes away.
