Entertainment Four “smart” televisions: 1 in the main living, 1 in the primary bedroom, 1 in a guest room, and 1 in downstairs den. Guest access The house is private for you and your guest during your stay, please enjoy. Parking in garage or street parking only, NO parking in the shared driveway. We do not have speakers at the property and we do not allow speakers of any kind to be brought. We want to remain good neighbors and ask that you respect the noise policy and follow the quiet time hours see by the town. • A/C & HEAT This home is cooled and heated by a central HVAC system to keep you comfortable all year long. • STAIRS This property features multiple levels and stairs, so we ask that children be supervised at all times for their safety. Guests should remain mindful and use caution throughout the home to ensure a safe and enjoyable stay. • CAMERAS A forward-facing camera is located at the front entrance to monitor the exterior perimeter. There are absolutely no cameras inside the home or in any of the private backyard spaces, ensuring your stay remains private. • GRILL While we provide the grill for your enjoyment, guests are kindly asked to supply their own propane for use. For everyone's safety, please ensure a sober adult supervises the grill at least 10 feet away from any structures, ensuring the gas is shut off and the tank is closed when finished. To keep the space ready for the next guest, we also ask that you give the grill grates a quick cleaning after each use. • HOUSE AND PROPERTY Guest agrees to release, indemnify, hold harmless and forever discharge Host and Host's employees and Owner, agents, successors and assigns from any and all claims, liabilities or causes of action of any kind that guest, members of guest's household or guest's guests or invitees may have at any time against Host or Host's agents resulting from guest's use of the house and property. • GUESTS You are not permitted to have any guests on the property beyond those included in your rental agreement unless you request and receive permission from us. That includes day guests and over night guests. By renting this property, guest acknowledges that they have read, understand and accept the terms listed above, including the guest policy.
