There's a full kitchen, a bathroom w/ shower & jet tub, and two separate enormous bedrooms; Each containing 2 Queens & 2 Twins, plus 2 additional Full size beds, accommodating 16 guests total. Our guests may also enjoy our common area Game Room which includes an extra full kitchen, 1 full bathroom, lounge, pool table, ping pong, foosball, darts, TVs, & dining. The space PLEASE NOTE PRIOR TO BOOKING: To best accommodate everyone, we assign private suites based on the number of guests in your group rather than the specific accommodation shown in the advertised photographs. The photos represent our overall eclectic style and hospitable standards. Upon arrival we’ll designate a suite that dynamically matches the necessities of your group. During the initial booking, please make sure to let us know how we may best accommodate your group or specific needs. For example, let us know if you’ll require a full kitchen, a separate bedroom, or first floor access. Rest assured, your layout and sleeping arrangements will comfortably accommodate the requisites of your entire group! Once you are designated a suite, know that you’ll receive full access to the communal areas which include our 2,000 Sq ft Game Room w/ ping pong, pool, foosball, and darts. Not only is our Game Room equipped for ultimate entertainment, but includes a full commercial kitchen, ready for a personally prepared meal or expert chef experience. Lastly, our outdoor amenities provide a patio area, grill, and a casually encircled fire-pit. Our 3-Story Industrial Warehouse offers 5 private loft-style suites, all approximately 1500 to 2000 Sq ft; One suite on the 1st Floor, Two suites on the 2nd Floor and Two Penthouse suites on the 3rd floor- Boasting incredible views of the City Skyline & Mississippi River! The Main Floor includes a Nautical Tiki Bar w/ a Stage and a Grand Piano to welcome you into the Lobby. --- Free private parking is available right around the back of the premises for cars, trucks, buses & RVs. An ideal location for group stay..Reunions, Church Groups, Teams, Bachelor/Bachelorette Parties, Retreats, Sports and Concert goers, Work & Leisure Events.. etc! Guest access Approved Guests have 24-hour access to the property. Free and plentiful parking is available in a large gravel lot at the back of the building. Access codes will be provided for the building entry and private suites upon check-in. Other things to note NOTICE: PLEASE READ - We're aware of LOCALS whom frequently misrepresent themselves in order to throw unauthorized parties. Therefore, we are rightfully CAUTIOUS towards local residents booking reservations. However, if you are local and your intentions are pure, please reach out directly and inform us to the best of your ability of your desired purpose and plans for booking! -Our booking fee is determined by the number of guests and the length of stay, approximately $70 per person, per night. Non-paying or unauthorized visitors are NOT allowed without prior approval. Only paying guests with a reservation are permitted on the premises. -Anyone misrepresenting the size of their group or intentions will be fined $500.00 and be charged $75.00 per person for each visitor who was not previously approved. All reservations are non-refundable.
