Two balconies with beautiful views of the lake and wildlife. It provides access to all resort amenities, such as pool, golf, boating, parks, sand volleyball, tiki bar a winery and more. If boating, this home also provides a private brand-new covered boat slip and easy access to the lake. The space This home was built in memory of my dad, "Pops" who loved Tennesse and the Mountain views. This home has 3 levels, decorated to be warm and inviting just like Pops was. There are great views and is located near many amenities. The main level has a fully stocked kitchen, living room with sleeper sofa which leads to a balcony boasting beautiful views of the lake and Mountains. Here you will find a dining table for 6 and additional chairs to relax and watch the deer go by. Back inside you will find the master bedroom with king bed, and a en suite bathroom with tiled shower. On the upper level, you will find a large loft, offering two full-sized beds, additional sitting area with another ensuite full bathroom. The loft also has its own balcony featuring chaise lounges to soak up some sun. In the lower level you will find a laundry room, additional living room with a walkout patio and seating. The 3rd bedroom had a king bed and ensuite full bath. Additional outdoor amenities include a gas grill and a covered boat slip. There is parking located near the dock access to shorten your walk. We also provide a wagon to help transfer your belongings. There are golf cart rentals available nearby to make exploring the resort more fun. Guest access You have full access to the entire home.
