An artfully decorated, roomy family cabin for your crew The space Palisade Pines is a family cabin in the heart of Sundance Mountain. A traditional weekend cabin, this is a homey and welcoming gathering place with a large deck and yard to roam. Located in the beautiful Wasatch Mountains, this cabin is a few minutes from Sundance Resort where you will find restaurants, skiing, live music, art studio, gift shop, spa, horseback riding, snowshoeing, cross country skiing, hiking, ziplining, and flyfishing. It's easy to gather generations here. The walk out, ground level has an impressive game room with full size arcade games (DigDug, Asteroids Deluxe, Ms. Pac-Man, and Donkey Kong Junior), ping pong, and pool table for the kids to enjoy. The main level has a roomy living room for lounging with a book, a large kitchen with island for meals together, beautiful dining table, and an outside deck overlooking the tall pines and large yard. Room details and layout  Main floor has a hall bathroom and two bedrooms with queen beds, and a master bedroom with king bed and bathroom.  Up the staircase is a sleeping loft with one queen bed and a half-bathroom.  Downstairs has a hall bathroom and one bedroom with a king bed. You will have the entire cabin to yourself. Driveway can fit 5 cars. No street parking is allowed. Other things to note AGE REQUIREMENT: Guest must be at least 25 years of age LIMITED OCCUPANCY: Maximum occupancy is limited to the number of individuals listed on the reservation NO SMOKING or VAPING: Minimum fee of $500 NOISE AND CONDUCT: Guests are expected to respect the property and neighbors. PARKING: Parking is restricted to designated spaces. No street parking. REFUNDS: Guest shall not be entitled to a refund in the event of early departure or events out of host’s control, including weather. WINTER CONDITIONS: November to April vehicles must have 4WD, AWD, or chains. SENSITIVE MOUNTAIN SEPTIC: Flush ONLY toilet paper. HOT TUB: Use good judgement. If you overflow the hot tub, you may be charged for refilling. DAMAGE: Notify us and we will work it out. Don’t notify us and we will notify Airbnb. PETS: Unless property is designated as pet friendly and fees are paid, pets are not allowed. Minimum $250 fine per animal. We ask that all guests abide by the house rules so everyone can enjoy their stay. Violations may result in your reservation ending early.
