Pricing for passes are as followings (required for ages seven and above only): Daily pass: weekdays $8/per day - per person. Daily pass: weekend or holiday $10/per day - per person. Week pass (non-holiday): $30 per week/per person. Holiday week: $50 per week/per person Passes can be purchased at the Club House in the summer as well as Admin Building. **The purchase of amenity passes includes tennis rackets, balls, basketballs, and towels for the indoor pool!**. However, included with your stay at Idyllic Pocono are complimentary usage of our rackets, balls, fishing rods, bikes, kayaks, and canoe. **PLEASE ALSO READ BEFORE BOOKING:** All guests must sign and agree to the terms of our rental agreement, including a $500 security hold via the Stripe credit card payment platform (not a charge, and released after your stay) as well as provide complete list of guest names and additional details so we can complete our HOA's mandatory renter registration form. Without this form. you will be turned away at the gate without exception. The HOA expects this completed form 3 days prior to check-in, or ASAP if booking is made less than 3 days before check-in. *Failure to provide this information in a timely fashion may also lead to the cancellation of your booking. There will be a $50 charge for ANY CHANGES after submission, so please list all potential guests to avoid this fee. **Water pressure - As our water is drawn from a private well, it is potable but the water pressure for showering will not be as strong as public water service. ***This property is not wheelchair accessible as it has steps to access the front door.** Guest access Guests will have full access to the chalet with exception of the garage, utility closets, as well the locked owner's hallway closets on each floor. A huge upper deck with dining/lounge areas, fire table, and Pit Boss griddle, covered patio with lounge and chiminea, as well as fire pit area and barrel sauna, game room, theater room, loft, and all the nooks in the house are for guests to enjoy. Row boat is not for use, but we provide kayaks(3), canoe, bikes(9), and sporting equipment.
