In the home all bedrooms are either up a flight of stairs or down a flight of stairs. Parking – 1 space in the garage. 3 spaces in the driveway. No trailers allowed in driveway per HOA bylaws. **Please note**: Our driveway has two tight switchbacks and is very steep. If you are not comfortable driving on steep hills, this may not be the right home for you. 4WD or AWD are 100% required to rent this home. All guests will need to sign a waiver stating that their vehicle has AWD or 4WD & that they are comfortable driving on steep hills.
