Other things to note The first floor and basement have friendly tenants living year round in the building. Tenants on the first floor have a small poodle. There is a camera outside of the building over the front door that is constantly recording. Guests also have access to the shared backyard. AC window units are available from May 15 until September. The units are located in the living room and kitchen.
